Our mission is to make it easy for anyone to learn anything.

This starts with education.  Education has the power to light our spark, unlock our dreams, and make us fearless in their pursuit.  We’re invested in making a world where all students—no matter who they are or where they’re from—have the opportunity to become their best selves, to become the leaders that transform our world.  What you see today are our very first steps, through which we’re empowering teachers to make this happen.

Our Charter

Our mission drove our decision to incorporate as a social purpose corporation, known in many states as a public benefit corporation, which means we’re empowered to prioritize our impact over our bottom line.  This is our charter, which outlines the promises we’re making to the world, our teachers, our learners, and our team in pursuit of our mission and values.
